Membership Plan
The Our Membership Plans section is divided into two different membership categories based on how the member profile is managed and displayed on the platform.

Matrimonial Plan
The Matrimonial Plan is designed for regular online users who register and manage their own matrimonial profiles. These members have profiles that are publicly visible on the platform and can be discovered by other users through search, matchmaking, and browsing features. They can manage their profile, search for suitable matches, send or receive interests, view eligible profiles, and use other membership features according to their selected plan.
Personalize Plan
The Personalize Plan is designed for private or personalized members whose profiles are not publicly visible on the platform. These profiles are primarily managed and handled by the admin or authorized staff on behalf of the member. Such members can receive personalized matchmaking assistance, where the admin manages their profile and helps identify suitable matches according to their requirements. Since these profiles are kept private, they are not generally displayed in the public member directory or regular search results.
Add on Packages
The Add-On Package allows users to purchase additional benefits along with their selected Membership Plan. Users can purchase one or more add-on packages during the membership plan purchase process to extend or increase specific services according to their requirements.

- The initial message remains hidden from User 2 until the Chat Request is accepted.
- User 2 can Accept or Reject the Chat Request.
- Chat access is available only when permitted by the user's Membership Plan.
