1. Strict Age Requirement (Adults Only)

Pro Max Matrimony is an exclusive matrimonial matchmaking platform intended strictly for legally eligible adults:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of marriage in their respective jurisdiction) to register, browse, or communicate on our platform.
• Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, uploading profiles, or utilizing any features.
• We enforce age verification protocols, selfie checks, and document authentication to detect and prevent underage access.
• Any account found to belong to, or represent, a minor is immediately suspended and permanently terminated without refund.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

We strictly prohibit any of the following activities across user profiles, images, videos, audio/video calls, and chat messages:

• Creation, distribution, storage, uploading, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Any depiction, caricature, computer-generated imagery, or realistic rendering of sexual abuse or sexualization involving minors.
• Child grooming, predatory solicitation, sexual harassment, or exploitation of children in any form.
• Facilitating or promoting illegal child marriages or unions involving persons below the legal age of consent and marriage.

3. Safety, Prevention & Content Moderation

To uphold child safety across the platform, Pro Max Matrimony utilizes proactive monitoring and prevention systems:

• Automated Screening: Uploaded profile pictures, success story videos, and shared media are filtered through automated content moderation algorithms to detect and block explicit and prohibited imagery.
• Human Review: Our designated trust and safety moderation team reviews reported content, photo uploads, and identity verifications 24/7.
• Strict Privacy Controls: Profile contact information and communication channels (voice/video calls and chat) are protected by user consent and privacy settings.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide accessible reporting tools so that users can report suspected violations promptly:

• In-App Reporting: Every profile, conversation, and media item contains a dedicated "Report / Block" button. Users can select "Child Safety / Inappropriate Content" as the report reason.
• Direct Emergency Contact: Anyone can report suspected CSAM, underage accounts, or child safety concerns directly to our dedicated Safety Team via email:

Reports are prioritized as Urgent and investigated immediately within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement and Legal Cooperation

Upon detecting or receiving a valid report of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or CSAM, Pro Max Matrimony will immediately take the following actions:

1. Immediate Account Termination: The associated user account is permanently terminated, and all active sessions are revoked. Device IDs and IP addresses are blacklisted.
2. Content Removal: The offending content is permanently removed from public view and isolated in secure evidence repositories.
3. Preservation of Evidence: Account records, communications, IP logs, and uploaded files are preserved in compliance with applicable laws to assist investigative authorities.
4. Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting: In compliance with global child safety laws and Google Play safety guidelines, all instances of CSAM/CSAE are reported to:
   • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
   • Relevant national and local cybercrime and child protection law enforcement agencies.
